Short biography of Terrell William "Terry" Proctor, J.D.

Married to Delilah A. Proctor (an investment counselor with World Financial Group). Four children, three step-children; and eight grandchildren, including Julien Vinluan who lives with Terry and Delilah

Attorney/Mediator; former Municipal Judge--Jacinto City, Texas; former Assoc. District Judge-246th District Court of Harris County, Texas. Three times North Harris County Bar Association Pres. and many other bar offices in various Bar Associations.

Curator & Chairman of the Board of Proctor Museum of Natural Science, Inc.

Past President of HTUMC-UMM in 1994; Sec. 2003 & 2004; Trustee many years ago; Layman's Day lay speaker three times; Sunday School teacher; former choir member; Chairman of FLAME @ HTUMC.

Military Service in the Oklahoma Air National Guard, U.S. Air Force Reserve, and Air Force Reserve Officer's Training Corps (in college).

Eagle Scout, Asst. Scout Master, Explorer Post Advisor and Merit Badge Counselor.
